Fabricated Well-being is an ongoing research project, exploring how knitted textiles can be designed to create a sense of mindfulness and well-being. The collection includes the incorporation of weight, pressure and tactile elements to be developed into into potential designs for knitwear. This stage of the project has been focused on the visual aspects of the collection, using a calming colour palette and traditional patterns to give the collection a comforting sense of familiarity.
